The South Beloit CUSD #320 is currenlty seeking qualified applicants to fill the following vacancies:

Head Girls/Boys Bowling Coach - Intered applicants need to be IHSA/ASEP certified and will be responsible for both the boys and girls bowling team. Knowledge in the sport is required and coaching experience is preferred. In addition to filling out the appropriate distict paperwork all interested applicants should also e-mail Tim Ballard (HS Athletic Director) at tballard@sb320.org

The South Beloit School District is conducting a search for a Food Service Director with an anticipated start date of January 2015.

The Food Service Director is responsible for the preparation and servcing of all meals. Director manages the food service production and delivery system, including purchase and inventory of food and supplies. Insure conformance with food quality, nutrition, and productivity standards. Will train, manage and supervise food service staff, practice time management techniques, and insure the highest possible customer satisfaction.


High School diploma required. Specialized training in food preparation and/or food service manangement with demonstrable computer, record keeping, and communication skills is highly preferred.


*Direct the expenditure of the food service budget.

*Assign, direct and supervise food service workers.

*Follow proper receiving, storeage, and preparation techniques to insure that all food items are maintained at a high quality until consumed.

*Plan, implement, and review all breakfast and lunch menus.

*Understand, implement and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

*Prepare all local and state reports as directed or required.

*Perform other duties and assigned.


While performing the duties of this job, the emplo9yee is regularly required to be on his/her feet for extended periods of time. The employee frequently must squat, stoop or kneel, reach above the head and reach forward. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds such as crates, bags or cartons of canned or fresh produce. The employee will sometimes push/pull items such as tables, or bulk food carts.

All South Beloit School District employees are required to complete new hire paperwork including a pre-employment physical, drug screen and TB skin test. State and federal background checks are also completed.
